6th International Workshop on Quality of Multimedia Experience

Presentation Guidelines

Authors are requested to prepare their presentations according to the following guidelines. Please refer to the technical program to check the presentation mode, day and time of your paper.

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation is allotted 15 minutes (8-12 slides), with an additional 5 minutes set aside for Q&A and speaker change. Presenters are requested to show up at the session room well before the session starts and introduce themselves to the session chair.

The room is equipped with a projector with a standard VGA connector. Presenters are requested to bring their own laptop for the presentation. We strongly recommend to check the compatibility of your laptop and the projector before the session starts.

Poster Presentations

Each poster presenter will be provided with a panel (up to A0 size) to put up a poster. Posters should be set up before the session starts, and removed after the session.

An initial “poster madness” presentation at the beginning of each poster session will give poster presenters an opportunity to introduce their work to the community in a fast-paced setting. Each presenter will have 1 minute and up to 2 slides (including a title slide).
Important: Please email us your poster madness slide(s) by Sept. 14.
