Final Manuscript
On this page you will find important information about the submission of your final manuscript(s); please read it carefully. The submission link can be found at the bottom of the page.
Your final, publication-ready manuscript must be uploaded to EDAS by July 27.
The final paper must follow the format described in the paper kit. Don’t forget to include author information, affiliations, acknowledgements, and all references in the final version that may have been removed from the earlier anonymized submission.
Please update/confirm the title, author information, and abstract in EDAS.
The manuscript must be fully compliant with IEEE Xplore specifications. In particular, all fonts must be embedded. If EDAS outputs any errors (e.g., notembedded, bookmarks, pagesize, textwidth, topmargins, bottommargins) on the manuscript, please fix your manuscript. EDAS help provides hints to solve PDF problems.
The upload process involves the completion of an online copyright form, which is required for every manuscript.
For each paper, at least one author must be registered for the workshop at a non-student rate before the final manuscript can be submitted.
Papers that are not presented at the workshop will be excluded from the official proceedings and will not appear on IEEE Xplore. It is therefore essential that at least one of the authors attend the workshop to present the work.
